Is this connected to my dealership?+
No. Closer Log is completely independent — a personal tool you use on your own. It isn't integrated with your employer's payroll or DMS system in any way.
Can my employer see my data?+
No. Your account and everything you log are private to you. Nobody else — including your employer — has access to your data.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
It stays put. You just lose access to the app until you resubscribe. If you'd rather have it fully deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
How accurate is the commission math?+
It's only as accurate as the pay plan settings and figures you enter. Think of it as your own real-time estimate, not an official record — always verify against your dealership's pay stub.
